River Bend Nature Center welcomes you to explore 78 acres of natural beauty along the Root River. Our grounds and trails are open daily from sunrise to sunset every day of the year. Our office is open weekdays from 8am to 4pm. During ski/snowshoe season and canoe/kayak season the buildings are open 9am to 5pm Saturdays and Sundays. Whether you’re planning a leisurely hike, hoping to spot wildlife, or joining us for a program or event, we’re here to help make your visit memorable.
